These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between Woven Elements (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under the brand Thadi, and any natural or legal person (“you”, “your”, “user”) accessing or using the website thadi.store and any of its services, functionalities, or products offered through it (“Platform”).

PART A – TERMS OF USE

1. GENERAL USE

​

1.1 The Platform offers refurbished furniture under Re:Thadi, original or made-to-order solid wood pieces under ThadiMade, and styling consultancy services (not sold via the website).

1.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 You may browse, select, and purchase available products or submit inquiries for styling/design consultancy. By doing so, you agree to be bound by:

• Our Privacy Policy

• Any additional policies listed on the Platform

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

​

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to transact. If under 18, use must be under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2.2 You may choose to register or checkout as a guest. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

​

3. COMMUNICATION & MARKETING

3.1 By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone regarding your transactions, deliveries, and occasional updates or promotions.

3.2 You may opt out of marketing messages at any time using unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by writing to hellothadi@gmail.com.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & REPRESENTATION

4.1 All product photos are original and taken by us. Visuals aim to reflect the product accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, and natural wood variations.

4.2 All specifications (dimensions, material, polish type) are listed clearly on each product page.

​

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

5.1 All photos, videos, text, product names, designs, and visual content are the intellectual property of Woven Elements and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

​

5.2 You may not:

• Resell or reproduce our content for commercial purposes

• Scrape, mine, or copy product listings, images, or descriptions

​

6. AVAILABILITY & ACCESS

6.1 Furniture products are only available for delivery within Delhi NCR.

6.2 Small decor items (if offered) may be shipped pan-India. Workshop pickup is also available.

6.3 Thadi reserves the right to suspend the Platform or restrict access temporarily for maintenance or updates.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You agree not to:

• Share false information

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s functioning

• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Infringe on our intellectual property

8. DISCLAIMER

​

8.1 All products and services are offered “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service or guarantee platform error-free operation.

8.2 We shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from use of the Platform, including inability to access or purchase products.

PART B – TERMS OF SALE

​

1. CONTRACT OF SALE

​

1.1 Listings on the Platform constitute an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to buy.

1.2 You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of an order. Dispatch/shipping confirmation will constitute our acceptance.

​

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT

2.1 Orders are fulfilled by in-house delivery. Furniture is delivered only within Delhi NCR.

2.2 Decor items (if available) may be shipped pan-India.

2.3 We do not anticipate damage during delivery as it is managed directly by us.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

3.1 No returns or refunds are accepted for: 

• Re:Thadi products (refurbished, one-of-a-kind)

• ThadiMade products (original design or custom made-to-order)

3.2 All product details are clearly listed. Clients are expected to review specifications before purchase.

4. PRICING

​

4.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is final.

 

5. STUDIO CONSULTANCY

5.1 Design and styling services are available but not purchasable through the website. Terms for these services will be shared directly when a query is received.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim related to a transaction will be limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of goodwill, revenue, or usage.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

 

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, transportation delays, strikes, or internet outages.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1 These Terms supersede any prior communications between you and us regarding the Platform.

9.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform and effective upon posting.
