We take care to ship every piece as safely and efficiently as possible. Timelines vary slightly depending on whether you’re ordering a restored Re:Thadi piece or a newly crafted ThadiMade design.
Timelines

Re:Thadi: Ships within 1 week of your order.

ThadiMade: Crafted to order and ships within 4 weeks.
(If your piece requires customisation, we’ll share the timeline with you before confirming the order.)
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 days within India, depending on your location.

How We Ship
We work with reliable logistics partners such as Delhivery, Safeexpress and others.
Every product is packed securely in cartons or protective packaging.
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details (where available), so you can follow its journey home.
Delays
We do our best to meet all timelines, but occasionally deliveries may take longer due to:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Before You Buy
We encourage you to review all product details carefully — dimensions, materials, finishes and any notes specific to the piece. If you’d like clarity before placing an order, write to us. We’re here to help you make a confident choice.
Re:Thadi
Re:Thadi pieces have lived full lives before they reach you. Each one is restored with a gentle hand, and small imperfections are part of their story, not defects.
We accept returns only if an item arrives broken or damaged in transit.
To request a return:

Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

The piece must be unused and sent back in its original, secure packaging.

Safe repacking is important — any damage caused during return transit due to inadequate packing may affect eligibility.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking pictures and not accepting the delivery and informing us right away.

ThadiMade
ThadiMade pieces are original designs crafted in solid wood. Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects may include:

Faulty joinery

Incorrect or missing components
To request a return:

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or videos.

Ensure the product is unused and packed in its complete, original packaging.

As with all returns, safe repacking is the customer’s responsibility, and damage during return transit may affect eligibility.
Once a request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. In areas where this isn’t available, we may ask you to self-ship; any reimbursement will be made once the defect is confirmed.
We prioritise replacements, and issue refunds only if a replacement is not possible.
