Thadi furniture is currently delivered only within Delhi NCR, while small decor items are available for pan-India shipping.
Shipping availability is clearly mentioned on each product page — please check this before placing your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. If you need your item sooner, write to us at hellothadi@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Re:Thadi: Our Re:Thadi pieces are refurbished with a gentle hand. Small imperfections are part of their character and not considered defects. We accept returns only if an item is delivered broken or damaged.
ThadiMade: Our ThadiMade pieces are original designs. Products are eligible for manufacturing defects.
